Anabel’s preparing a Chocolate Chai for a guest.

I learned to make traditional Chai from a friend’s father who was visiting from India. Hot water, tea, cardamon, ginger, maybe milk. Chocolate Chai is Chai with, well, drinking chocolate. Consider it a comfort food.
