We’re a small shop and typically ship within 5 business days. Chocolate melts, so we will only ship orders if the temperature at our shop or your location is at or below 90 degrees for a period of three consecutive days. If we are unable to ship your package due to temperature, we will gently apologize and then cancel and refund your order.
SHIPPING: Local Pickup is available when you check out.
We try to ship quickly, but it sometimes takes us a few days. We usually ship USPS Priority Mail, and during the Summer we avoid shipping on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays to ensure the chocolate does not sit overnight in a hot warehouse.

We strongly urge that someone be available when the chocolate is delivered. If tracking information shows that your chocolate has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping service before contacting us. Shipping during hot weather is a risk: we apologize that we are unable to issue refunds or returns for damage due to shipping or weather.
That said, we want your chocolate experience to be perfect, so please contact us if your chocolate arrives in other than perfect condition.
