Making Bonbons

Making bonbons (we really don't have many at the moment). There' s starfruit and macadamias and lychee and persimmon and Ghana dark chocolate. Must be cold outside, 'cause I'm feeling tropical.#chocolatier @ecolechocolat

Exhaustion doesn’t seem a good excuse for avoiding the impossible, or at least the silly-difficult. Shoving dried starfruit into dome molds fits the bill. Anyway, I’m making bonbons, as we really don’t have many after the Valentine’s weekend rush. There’ s starfruit and macadamias and lychee and persimmon and Ghana dark chocolate.
