Bar & Bonbon Boxes: Made in Nepal

October 8, 2021 by Richard Tango-Lowy
Shipment of looks paper bar and bonbon boxes just in from Nepal. It's box unloading day. #chocolatier #packagingdesign #nepal #loktapaper

Shipment of lokta paper bar and bonbon boxes just in from Nepal. It’s box unloading day.

The lokta paper is made in the villages and travels up to 50 miles by donkeyback to Kathmandu, where our boxes are custom-made.

Upon arrival (after monsoon season) we inspect each box and set them aside to finish drying.
