
WE MAKE OUR OWN PUREES FROM SCRATCH. Donna’s cooking fresh local peach puree for bonbons. Rachel’s doing the same with red apricots, allspice, and Taiwan wulong tea. Shaman’s sorting precious Bolivian Itenez cacao beans for roasting. Rich is prepping croissant dough for next week’s croissant day.
