Tasting

January 12, 2018 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Fresh pomelo with our Liona (custom made by Fruition) Dominican Republic dark chocolate. This is definitely going to become a bonbon.

Pomelos are large and pulpy and native to Southeast Asia. As it turns out, the grapefruit is actually a hybrid of a pomelo and an orange. Curious.

I’m going to eat more pomelo and Liona now.
