Figs & Ice Cream

Just made the base for Fig & Miel de Cacao ice cream with “Tikal” Guatemalan milk chocolate. We’ll be churning Thursday, and the ice cream will be ready Friday. In the shop, we have Melon Clove, Peruvian Dark, and Cardamom Lime Chip.

Taking a moment to sip a gaiwan of Tung Ting 1986 wulong tea, then will temper chocolate for some cherry-anise-licorice bonbons.
