Hands-on Croissant Class is May 26

Today is CROISSANT DAY, so we open at noon. These came out about right. Nice having our oven working again.We'll have a dozen Almond Croissants available when we open. Reservations for May's croissants start tomorrow morning.#chocolatier #croissants
