Culminating in Croissants

Some weeks are weeks and some are Weeks and this week is the latter. Two weeks yet from Spatter Class still there’s more than enough to matter. In the beginning (yesterday) we began Couverture Making for Chocolatiers and Zen Brownies Class tomorrow (in the middle) and Saturday is Croissant Day. There are still a few remaining.
