“Itenez” chocolate made with Wild Bolivian cacao (one of my long-time favorites) paired with toasted cashews and cherries. The chocolate is full-bodied and bold with flavors of black cherry and notes of black pepper. These beans haven’t yet been designated as Heirloom, but they should be.
