Making Croissants

October 14, 2022 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Rolling croissants for tomorrow's croissant Saturday . These need to rest overnight so we can turn them into almond croissants. We'll open at noon tomorrow.#chocolatier #croissantsaturday #almondcroissant

Rolling croissants for tomorrow’s croissant Saturday. Being a chocolatier, we don’t have room for special equipment that most pastry chefs use, so we make them entirely by hand. These will rest overnight and become almond croissants.

We’ll open at noon tomorrow.
