Dragonfruit & Ube fondant created to celebrate the final week of Angel, our Pink Chocolatier. Angel’s heading back to Seattle, from whence she came. We’ll miss her very much! (We might even miss the pink).

The color is entirely natural, and the flavor is unworldly.
