I’ll be leading a Master Chocolatier class in France in April and looking forward to it, as I’ve been missing the beautiful breads I had last time I was there. Guess we’ll just have to make our own in Manchester.

Coming in April: our own French Country Wheat breads. Full-flavored with a translucent crumb and moist chew. There’s a hint of chocolate in there, of course.
