One year ago we opened the tall antique door to 917 Elm Street; Kathy greeted you that day with hot cups of hot drinking chocolate and Rich greeted you with opalescent bars and sparkling bonbon jewels.
Hidden away in the kitchen, occasionally at the counter you might encounter Donna, our barista and fresh fruit deconstructionist, or perhaps chocolatier Laura (home from frequent Latin American travels) contemplating new ganache combinations… Perhaps you’ve made the acquaintance of Savory Chef Jeff, most likely in the form of buttery croissants and his unusual Lunch @the Lion.
Sam joined us in late summer; apprentice chocolatier, eventual Parisian chocolatier and upcoming heir to Laura’s Zen Brownie legacy.
