A long empty room. The books are gone. The ceilings and walls are gone.The demolition is complete. The plans are complete, the building permit’s been pulled. This week, my contractor, Paul’s meeting with framers, plumbers, electricians and everyone else who will be involved in the construction. I’ve purchased the kitchen for the upstairs residence and most of the equipment for the production kitchen. We’re still aiming for an October opening. Stay tuned…
