Rich Tango-Lowy is not a chocolate maker.  He is a chocolatier extraordinaire. He approaches chocolate with the eye of the artist but the brain of the chocolate maker. 

Fine Chocolate Industry Association Executive Director Karen Bryant recently included Dancing Lion Chocolate’sThe Blues Bar” in a tasting with some rather spectacular chocolates. It feels nice to see it listed as the pièce de résistance!
