Minarets

March 16, 2012 by Richard Tango-Lowy

In Persia
Land of Aladdin, algebra,
Astronomy and Medicine,
People and places that were
Old when all else was young–
There were once Minarets.

A gianduja square of mangoes
and ginger and ginger honey wine
with spicy 72% Vietnamese chocolate,
finished with 33% Madagascar milk.
