Lunch This Week: Chilled Corn Salad & Locally-foraged Mushroom Crostini

Chilled Corn SaladWeek of Aug. 18th Lunch @the Lion is Chilled corn salad with Heirloom Bolivian chocolate, served with a cheddar and locally-foraged mushroom crostini.

I purchased all the produce at the farmers market, and we made the bread for the crostini (of course!)
