On Tuesday, April 16th Master Chocolatier Richard Tango-Lowy and Nomad Bakery’s Cheryl Holbert baked some seriously wild loaves of bread.

Come to Dancing Lion Chocolate Wednesday through Saturday and PICK A LOAF, PAY WHAT YOU CAN. We’re donating the profits to the New Hampshire Food Bank to Help Us Feed Those In Need.

Loaves for Wednesday and Thursday

  • Milk Chocolate & Smoked Salt Ciabatta
  • Dark Chocolate Baguette
  • Pistachio Apricot Caramel Boule

Loaves for Friday and Saturday

  • Babooshka’s Bobka with Palmira chocolate & cherries soaked in almond liqueur & honey
  • Rich Brioche with tangerine, cognac & cacao
  • Multi-grain long-proofed levain with quinoa, rye, wheat, almond meal & cocoa
  • Funky Fougasse to be determined
