The folks from the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) spent the morning at the shop interviewing Randy Clemens, author of The Sriracha Cookbook. We did a Julia Child style kitchen session so they could video us making Sriracha ice cream. Speaking of which, we have two kinds of Chocolate Sriracha ice cream today, along with Pineapple Chunk and Mint Lavender. Just made a Ginger Lemon base for Saturday.
