I’x Jaguar bars…

Just prepped molds and am tempering chocolate I just brought back from Guatemala for I’x Jaguar bars. The new batch of I’x Jaguar 68% is delicate and nutty with gentle lychee and guava notes. The bars will be ready Tuesday.
