Join Dancing Lion Chocolate at Apotheca on Sunday, April 29th from 3-5PM in Goffstown for a very special pairing. Owner Alyssa challenged me to match a chocolate to each of 5 different teas. Here’s what I’ve selected:
- Earthy and spicy 72% Grand Place dark chocolate from Vietnam with Mutan White tea;
- Caramelly 40% Valrhona Jivara blended milk chocolate with Ceylon tea;
- Plummy 67% Dancing Lion Tango dark chocolate from Madagascar and Ghana with Dragonwell Special green tea;
- Butterscotchy 33% Valrhona Tanriva milk chocolate from Madagascar with
Coconut Rooibos Chai; and - Citrussy 60% Dancing Lion Axiom dark chocolate with Apricot Peach Tea.
Each pairing is intriguing and unique. Join us as we taste the chocolates and teas and discuss the pairings. Enjoy the beautiful ambiance of Apotheca.
