I spent the morning with Bernice and Michael (and Michael’s brother, Ben) at the Moonlight Meadery selecting five chocolate and mead pairings that will knock your socks off.

We’ll finish with the Meadery’s spectacular new Utopian mead paired with a Live Wire, a special truffle that may be one of the best I’ve created thus far. Are we excited? We’re excited.
