New Hampshire Craftsmen and artisan basketmaker for inviting me to display in her shop for Nashua’s Boutique Week event. It’s quite an honor to present my chocolates amidst the amazing crafts created by League members! The event was a success despite the sneaker-searing heat outside.
What did I create for this event? I call it Live Wire: think tart red currants from the Manchester farmer’s market. Think earthy Leatherwood honey from Tasmania (thank you Samanta!) Think grappa liquor hand-carried from Florence. Think tiny hot peppers from a friend’s garden in California. Think of it all blended together with Sambirano Valley dark chocolate from Madagascar. Truffles, I say. Truffles. And some amazing masks with just the currants and honey.
