The chocolate is dark but light on your tongue.
Notes of raisins, Notes of cocoa
and then it goes away Leaving nothing
but the thought of chocolate.

Two olive oil truffles wrapped in Maracaibo.
Eat them quickly, the shells are delicate and thin.
