I'll be roasting this Tabasco-Chiapas cacao in a couple of hours. This region of southern Mexico is very old for cacao and chocolate.#chocolatier #beantobonbon @agroflorestamx

I’ll be roasting this Tabasco-Chiapas cacao in a couple of hours. This region of southern Mexico is very old for cacao and chocolate.

I plan to use the chocolate for bonbons, but we’re also selling it under our Coqui Cacao bean-to-bar label.
