Igor the HobartIgor (eye-gohr) the Hobart’s hard at work making chocolate chip cookies. Crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, lots of Ecuador milk and dark chocolate chips!

Igor’s 14 years old, by the way. We rescued him from a hard life in a school cafeteria. He’s very happy here at Dancing Lion Chocolate.
