December Holiday Croissants

OUR BETTER JUDGEMENT tells us that we’ll be far to busy in December to take time for croissants, but we’re not always great at listening to our better judgement. Especially if it means we wouldn’t be eating croissants in December. So much for better judgement.

Croissants will be available to pick on Tuesday, December 20 between 2pm and 5pm. We’ll be making some pretty crazy stuff, but you can be sure they’ll all have chocolate, plus whatever else we feel like doing. Place your order, and you’ll get an assortment of whatever it is we make.

We’re making two special baskets of a dozen croissants nestled in a hand-woven Guatemalan artisan basket. A magnificent centerpiece for your special holiday croissants.

HIDDEN – We make croissants the 3rd Saturday of each month, with the exception of December and February.

• HIDDEN – Traditional: the old fashioned way and the trickiest to make well.
• Chocolate: we add three different kinds of chocolate in each one!
• Almond: our own almond paste and a bit of dark milk chocolate.
• Kouignette: we change the flavor every batch!

HIDDEN – We’re sold out for November’s pre-orders, but will have about a dozen croissants available at the shop when we open (at noon) on the 19th.
