We crafted this chocolate sculpture of Ixchel, the Mayan goddess of health, medicine, and childbirth, from a stone sculpture Chef Donna purchased on a visit to South America.
The sculpture measures about 7 inches tall by 6 inches wide by about 1/2 inch thick, and it meant to be eaten.
