Non-Boric Flame (vegan) – mango-peach ganache, pistachios, and Bolivia blend dark chocolate

Boric Acid is a chemical used in fire extinguishers and antiseptics. Adding it to flames turns the flame green. Even though there is no flame to put out, the ganache is open to contamination from added ingredients. Layers upon layers of chocolate are added to protect and add flavor. Are we the bonbon, balancing contamination prevention and flavor combinations, or are we boric acid, extinguishers and de-contaminators?
