VOW OF GOLD – Chocolate from Helen De Vista farm in Davao de Oro in the Philippines, designated as Heirloom number 19 last month. A touch of honey, Mauritius vanilla, and sweetgrass extract. Finished with Ucayali River cacao nibs.
