What's In My Box

Cinnamon, Plum, Mint

May 31, 2025 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Water in Fire

Cinnamon plum ganache over white chocolate (my) garden mint ganache, cast in Puerto Rico 68% dark chocolate with a touch of Hawaii Red Salt.

Congratulations to Alex & Nate, who married today. She’s the fire and he’s the water, but who’s to say? It’s all okay.
