LONG PATHWAY – white chocolate mint ganache with cinnamon dark ganache cast in Mexico white 38%.
This particular specimen’s slightly worse for the wear, having been carried from Manchester to Boston at 3am, to San Jose (the one in Costa Rica) and then to our home in Atenas. The day was long and warm until it wasn’t. Tasted very good, though.
