Caramel, Lemon Grass

January 11, 2025 by Richard Tango-Lowy

ORCHESTRA – Chef Donna’s caramel enrobed in Vietnam Tien Giang Heirloom (HCP 13) dark chocolate with a drop of Belize lemon grass oil.

Ed said
chocolate can
be beautiful and
he meant the
flavor (though
when speaking
of our chocolate
he meant other
things too.

Ex was the
god of chocolate
and the Tien Giang
is beautiful.
