
I made 10 of these unusual boxes. (left to right):
- Piura Vida Peruvian Piura dark chocolate and calamonda citrus ganache;
- Painted dark chocolate fish;
- Indigo Istanbul Blues saffron, pistachio & rose bonbon;
- Silk road spice marshmallow with ginger, cassia, cardamom, white pepper, rose petals, star anise, long pepper, and other exotic aromatics;
- Spicy marshmallow with heirloom chiles and cocoa. Not too hot, but the burn lingers.
