BILL'S ESPRESSO MACHINE - since Bill loves espresso we made a piece bursting with lovely flavor. BILL’S ESPRESSO MACHINE – Complex and nuanced espresso ganache with a hint of maple, bourbon, and Buddha’s Hand Citron. We balanced it with Bahibe Dominican Republic milk chocolate.
