Allspice marshmallow and a “hole” filled with kaffir lime & sapote seed ganache over firm caramel, finished in Bolivia Tranquilidad Heirloom-designated dark chocolate and Mexico Communitario milk chocolate. A few roasted cacao beans top the heart, a nod to the origins of our art.
Limited edition of 12 hearts, each a unique work of art. The most beautiful of them is for my wife, of course.
