Watching ice cream churn.

August 4, 2018 by Richard Tango-Lowy

@ennachocolate watching ice cream churn. Almost as exciting as watching chocolate conch. This batch is PASSIONBERRY PERSIMMON w Madagascar dark chocolate.#chocolatier #icecream #justanothervideo

Okay, I can’t think of much more boring than watching ice cream churn.  Unless it’s watching chocolate conch.

My friend (chocolate maker) Enna Grazier were having that discussion a few weeks back, so she’s been posting chocolate conching videos online just to spite me. Take that, Enna! ;-)
