Chef Angelina’s Nana’s meatballs remind me of the meals I enjoyed during my second Master Chocolatier work in Tuscany. The flavors are fresh and beautiful and surprisingly light. She handmakes the pasta–you’d expect no less.
The street art in Firenze is pretty nice, too. We caught this gentleman painting on the sidewalk just outside a rather unworldly candy shop.
