Each of these bars is unique, intense, and if I did it right, a little disturbing. The chocolate is Bolivia Paredes Farm Heirloom #1 100% dark, with a small placard of Vietnam Ben Tre 70% upon which I’ve written the name of some single person who stood up for liberty.
I’m not explaining the blue number tattooed on the front; you’ll need to figure that one out for yourself.
