Taking Liberties

March 22, 2025 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Bolivia Heirloom 100% dark, Vietnam 70% dark, and Mexico 38% white with Allspice, Mace, and Mauritius Vanilla.

These bars aren’t for the faint of heart–
They’re art
That says what I need it to say
Today.

Dark. Very dark.
And light, very light.

Only one of a bar–
Take a number
If you dare.

But be aware.
