MAGMA & LAVA – Ungodly spicy chocolate bars. Magma (front) is dried Ghost chiles and candied Carolina Reapers with blood orange in Creos Peruvian, while Lava (back) is candied Reapers and dried strawberries in Nicaraguan 80%. I’m a little scared of these puppies, but I’ll share one with the first customer that walks in and says either “Magma” or ‘Lava.”
Later… the Magma bar was hot, but manageable.
