Hacienda Jeanmarie Puerto Rico 70% paired with Chinese black cardamom.

It's raining on the Island 
but sometimes there's sun.
The cacao trees thrive.
Today is as cold 
as a New England day 
can be cold. I make 
chocolate with Island 
beans and rare cardamom.
