Chocolate Bars

Intrinsic Warmth Bar

May 24, 2025 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Mexico Almendra Blanca milk chocolate with sweet Aji Amarillo chiles and Colombia red peppercorns.

ASSUME the milk chocolate
is sweet. But it is not sweet.
Assume the chiles are hot.
But the chiles are sweet;
the peppercorns are
smokey and hot.
Assume all is as it is
and we’ll all be safe.
