A million years ago or maybe fourteen I created the first true Dancing Lion Chocolate bar. Brilliant fruity chocolate studded with cacao nibs, fragrant with chiles.
Seeing this bar, the @bostonglobe described the shop:
“Designer bars studded with single-source cacao bears are displayed in an antique jewel case like edible artifacts from a Mayan mirage.”
I decided it’s time to re-create this original bar, but with fourteen years of additional skill and experience. I again bring you CACAO TAO.
