Last Tango in Manchester @PatricChocolate

I’m just breaking down my last slab of Tango chocolate, produced in collaboration with chocolate-maker Alan McClure of Patric Chocolate. Alan, arguably the finest chocolate maker alive today, has taken a sabbatical from serious chocolate production to further his knowledge of food science. We’ll definitely miss him and the extraordinary chocolate he produced for us: our Tango 67% Madagascar, Kenshi 70% Dark Milk, and Axiom 60% Madagascar-Ghana blend. We wish Alan the best with his ongoing endeavors.

Meanwhile, the shop will be closed this SUNDAY through TUESDAY (May 22-24), as I travel to the Catskill Mountains to pick up two of our new chocolates, which you can taste at our shop next week.
