Ice Cream Flavors this Week…

Miel de Cacao (cacao fruit) Ice Cream straight up and Cacao Fruit Coconut Chocolate Chip.  Miel de Cacao is the fruit of the cacao pod boiled like maple syrup, and is provided by my friends at Mindo Chocolate in Ecuador.

I’m thinking this ice cream would boggle the mind as a Zen Brownie Sundae! ~Rich
