Sel Bars

November 4, 2015 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Sel BarsDo You See What I See?

Rich made 36 gorgeous Sel bars… A layer of fudgy Ghana 68% dark chocolate sprinkled with coarse Himalayan rose salt, followed by a second layer of caramelly 40% milk chocolate. I molded these perfectly and they look like fire-burnished glass!

We only make Sel bars a few times each year, so call or stop in if you want one. 22.00
