MOSAIC is about INSPIRATION. I’ve crafted 6 of these bars from a blend of aromatic Nicaraguan 100% dark chocolate and our Tango 67% Madagascar. The resulting bar is VERY VERY DARK with deep cherry notes as the flavor develops.
Each bar is signed and numbered, and I’ve packaged them in Lokta paper boxes that are handmade for me in Nepal.
Each artisan bar is 5″ x 2″ and weighs about 30g. Each is tempered and poured by hand, and varies in weight and finish.
Ingredients: Tango 67% Dark Chocolate (cacao, organic sugar), Nicaragua 100% dark chocolate (cacao), edible lustre.
