Fall Flavors

October 27, 2017 by Richard Tango-Lowy

BEARING FALL FRUIT – layers of quince and sugar pumpkin dark chocolate ganache.

Fall bearing fruit? Ball bearing fruit? Fearing Fall fruit? Is it all moot?
The pumpkins are local and so is the quince. And the dots on top
are reminiscent of egg custard tarts (go ask Alice) or pumpkin pie
but the inside is creamy and rich and pumpkiny and tart.
